I just want to give credit where credit is due.

Andrew hosted an open house at our home, and even though he isn’t our listing agent, he went above and beyond. He showed up early, put out plenty of signs, made flyers, and even door-knocked the neighborhood to help bring people in. He clearly put real effort into getting people through the door, and it showed in the amount of foot traffic we had. My husband and I were both really impressed with his effort, professionalism, and initiative. He didn’t just show up and unlock the door. He actually put energy into marketing the home and getting people there. We really appreciate the effort Andrew put in and wanted to make sure he got the credit he deserves.

"Worked with Judah and Bianca to buy a condo, and they are WONDERFUL! Judah is very knowledgeable, and Bianca really takes into consideration your thoughts about each property you view so that she can get an idea of what you would like. Judah was our primary contact as he was the agent representing us. Judah was always kind, professional, and a good communicator. He gives you lots of advice and pulls from scenarios to explain concepts of home buying/selling. 5 STARS!"

"I recently worked with Bianca to purchase my first home. I was initially anxious about this process, since it's very new, but Bianca kept me at ease and walked me through every step of the way. She is incredibly responsive, which really helped since this can be a stressful process. She also was able to make judgements about the condition of the houses and neighborhoods we were looking at, which put me in better positions for making an offer. I could tell that she was looking out for my best interest. For example, right before I lifted my last contingency, she checked in to make sure that I was happy and ready to proceed with the purchase. I highly recommend her as a realtor!"

"Working with Eduardo was a pleasure. Chris and I were first time home buyers, and he made what can be an overwhelming experience, much easier to manage and understand. When we looked at potential homes, he did a great job of not trying to sell the home to us, but pointing out all of the flaws within the home that could cost us money. He was also realistic with what would be a fair offer to give, and made sure we didn't over offer on any homes that were overpriced. We've been in our home for almost 3 months now and we're loving the home ownership life!"

"EDUARDO AGUILAR IS THE BEST. He patiently helped me choose a home and walked me through all of the processes. He’s a go getter. If you need him to negotiate with your mortgage company, seller, contractors, whomever, he’ll get it all worked out for you and generously explain the ins and outs. I probably emailed, texted, and called him everyday during closing and he was always available, helpful, and encouraging. Go with this guy and he’ll get it done. "My husband and I recently worked with Bianca Campos at Grounded Real Estate to help us buy our first home. It's hard to put into words the glowing experience we had. Everyone we interacted with at Grounded brought a genuine commitment and expertise to the home buying experience, but also to getting to know us on personal levels. Their office is so cozy – it feels more like a cool coffee shop that you’d want to hang out at than a stuffy, traditional real estate office. They had music on, the windows were open, and it felt like a place committed to building genuine relationships with clients. Bianca was our agent and she made the process manageable and understandable from day one – plus she made it truly engaging and fun.
