I just want to give credit where credit is due. Andrew hosted an open house at our home, and even though he isn’t our listing agent, he went above and beyond.
He showed up early, put out plenty of signs, made flyers, and even door-knocked the neighborhood to help bring people in. He clearly put real effort into getting people through the door, and it showed in the amount of foot traffic we had.
My husband and I were both really impressed with his effort, professionalism, and initiative. He didn’t just show up and unlock the door. He actually put energy into marketing the home and getting people there.
